Igniting inner greatness
At the Blind Center of Nevada, we offer various programs to help members achieve greatness. We also offer daily, free services, including meals, transportation, and a myriad of recreational activities.
Bingo
Wednesday morning at the Blind Center Bingo is held. It comes with lots of fun, laughter and the inevitable losing streak.

Bowling
The Blind Center of Nevada has two bowling lanes on campus and are available anytime at no cost to our members. Bumpers are available!

Braille Library
The Blind Center of Nevada has a braille library with 100’s of famous book titles. We partner with PBS Special Needs Library to have an assortment of books.

Ceramics
Helping those who are visually impaired to build pottery and other pieces of art in our state of the art ceramics classroom.

Led by Jane Harvey, who is a former member of Gladys Knight’s “Saints Unified Voices.”

Those who are visually impaired can learn to use technology.

Teaching those who are visually impaired to not only cook, but be able to impress a party with the skills being taught in this program.

Monthly games, prizes, and oftentimes karaoke gets broken out on Fridays at the Center.

The Center has a Certified Personal Trainer and interns from UNLV to help one achieve peak physical fitness.
